Brother Phillips is the Pastor of Grace Bible Church of Houston and founder of the Dispensational Bible College. He has served as a church planter for many decades and his written many books including the Dispensational Study Bible.
DR. PAUL FELTER
Dr. Felter joined Grace Bible Church in the winter of 2024 and is the adult Sunday School Teacher. He is the author of numerous books and has his own Youtube page and Website for his ministries. He has been a welcomed blessing to GBC and DBC as well as his wonderful wife Lola.
